On behalf of all the people os Sakya sect, I express my felicitation to Khenpo Pema Wangdak who has been awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor 2009. He is the Director of Palden Sakya Center, New York, , and the Founder of Pema Tsal Monastic Institute in India and Nepal, and continues towards their improvement.
