༄༅།། ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༡༣ ལོ་ནི་བོད་རང་བཙན་གྱི་ལོར་སྲུང་བརྩི་ཞུ་བཞིན་ཡོད། དེར་བརྟེན་རང་བཙན་འཐབ་རྩོད་ཀྱི་མཚོན་རྟགས་ཤིག་རང་བཙན་འཐབ་རྩོད་བྱེད་མཁན་གྱི་མི་སྒེར་དང་ཚོགས་སྡེ་ཁག་ཚང་མས་གཅིག་གྱུར་བེད་སྤྱོད་ཡོང་ཐབས་སུ་རང་བཙན་མཚོན་རྟགས་ཤིག་ཇུས་འགོད་འགྲན་བསྡུར་གྱི་ལམ་ནས་གཏན་འབེབས་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ལགས་ཤིང།
ཇུས་འགོད་པ་རྩེ་ཕུད་དེར་ཧིན་སྒོར་ཁྲི་ལྔའི་བྱ་དགའ་ལེགས་སྐྱེས་སུ་འབུལ་རྒྱུ་ལགས་ན། རང་བཙན་མཚོན་རྟགས་དེ་བཞིན་འབྲི་བདེ་ལ། རང་བཙན་འཐབ་རྩོད་དང་ལོ་རྒྱུས་ཀྱི་རྒྱབ་ལྗོངས་ཚོར་ཤུགས་སྤྲད་ཐུབ་ངེས་ཤིག་ཡིན་དགོས་པ་མ་ཟད། རྒྱབ་ལྗོངས་འགྲེལ་བཤད་དང་བཅས་པ་ཕྱི་ཟླ་ ༥ ཚེས་ ༡༥འགྱངས་མེད་འདི་ལས་སུ་འབུལ་ཟིན་པ་དགོས། ཇུས་འགོད་རི་མོ་དེ་བཞིན་ལོ་རྒྱུས་དང་རི་མོའི་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་བ་ཁག་ལས་གྲུབ་པའི་ཚོགས་ཆུང་ཆེད་འཛུགས་ཀྱིས་འདེམས་སྒྲུག་གཏན་འབེབས་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
TYC has declared 2013 as the year of Tibetan Independence. In view of this we call on all Tibetans to compete in an artwork/design competition for a Rangzen Emblem.
Winning designer/artist will receive Rs. 50,000 in cash and the satisfaction of having his/her artwork selected as The Rangzen Emblem.
A description of the Emblem has to accompany the design. A selection team
consisting of individuals who are experts and professionals and scholars in the field of history, graphics and art will decide the winner.
