Position Title: Reporter/Broadcaster for VOTs Tibetan Section & Chinese Section

Minimum Requirements Candidates must:

 (Tibetan Section)

• Be a bonafide Tibetan

• Be enthusiastic with a strong work ethic with an ability to meet tight deadlines
• Be up to date with news and developments across VOTs subject matters
• Have a command of written and spoken Tibetan and English with a level of competency expected of a professional journalist.
• Be willing to serve VOT for a minimum period of three years.

• Degree certificate, if any.
• Green book & RC updated
• Resume
• No objection letter from present employer if employed.

(Chinese Section)

• Be a bonafide Tibetan

• Be enthusiastic with a strong work ethic with an ability to meet tight deadlines
• Be up to date with news and developments across VOTs subject matters
• Have a command of written and spoken Chinese with a level of competency expected of a professional journalist

• Green book updated
• Resume
• No objection letter from present employer if employed.

 

Preferred Requirement

• Experience in Journalism field
• Training in Journalism Studies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
